Jump on Trello and submit a request for a design job. You can use one of our briefing templates to speed through the request.

Once a concept has been designed, you’ll get a notification to review and make changes. Don’t worry, the team usually nails it the first time.

All design files are owned by you, so once you’re happy with your final design, you can either request the final file or get us to help you get it printed!

Our pricing is straightforward: it's $95 plus GST per hour. We can give you a rough estimate upfront, and we're usually spot-on. However, we bill based on the actual time spent on the job. Don't worry, though; we believe in full transparency. Throughout the project, we'll keep you informed about our progress and any changes in the cost.

You own the final output for example the exported PDF or digital presentation but Batch owns the working files.
If you require the working files then you have the option of paying a release fee which covers the release of our IP our time to package them up and send them to you.

But if you're looking for ongoing design support, you might want to check out our retainer model. With this, you'll enjoy a discounted hourly rate and some other cool perks! It's definitely worth considering if you have regular design needs.

Benefits include a reduced flat rate of $85 + GST per hour, a priority service and ownership of all working files.
Our retainer option requires a minimum spend of $3k for at least 3 months.
